Dual curing schedule for HCoating AF:
A coated lens is exposed under UV for 30 seconds,
then heat the lens in an oven at maximum 185F/85C
for 15 minutes, AF coating is fully cured, Heating.

Alternatively, HCoating AF can be cured under UV
in 30 seconds, no extra heating is required.
The hardened coating actually gives good performance.

HCoating AF has excellent adhesion on all lenses,
refractive index from 1.499 to 1.74.

HCoating AF tints to a true color in just 8 minutes.

AF coating should not be under AR to be blocked
performance, instead as topcoat replace the last
water proof layer of AR.

No machine cleaning is required
when change from other HCoating to AF.

Clean machine 3 times with acetone
when change from AF to other HCoating.

Cover up the coating reservoir when machine is not
in operation to avoid picking up moisture from the air.
